(More customer reviews)I ordered this item on 10 June and all indications were that it was "in stock" and would ship June 16-21. It is now June 30 and the only status I have is that it will "ship soon" and that it cannot be cancelled. I gave this one star because of the lack of responsiveness from Blue Star Group. I have always been more than 100% satisfied with products from Amazon but this experience has been hard to swallow. I sent my second query to Blue Star Group today requesting shipping status. P.S. I received the base in about 3 days from Brookstone which was faster than I thought I would. However a base with no umbrella is quite UNSATISFACTORY.
